Photography has always been more than a passion to me; it’s a medium through which I interpret the intricate dance of life, architecture, and the spaces that bind us together. My journey as a photographer began with a foundation in Interior Design and Photography and blossomed through advanced studies at Michigan State University, MoMA in New York, and the Harvard Extension School. These experiences taught me that every architectural space tells a story, and through my lens, I aim to capture its narrative, revealing the impact it has on society.
Recently, my academic pursuits have ventured into the realms of Archaeology and History at the Open University of Cyprus, enhancing my understanding of human history through the visual language of photography. This interdisciplinary approach has further fueled my desire to document the convergence of architecture, environment, and the human condition in ways that provoke thought and empathy.
My work is characterized by meticulous design and keen observation, encompassing a spectrum of subjects ranging from portraiture and architecture to minimalist and digitally processed imagery.
I believe photography has a profound capacity to connect us and narrate compelling stories. My lens seeks to uncover the essence of my subjects, inviting viewers to explore the world’s complexity and beauty. I aspire for my work to transcend the mere act of looking, urging viewers to see beyond and be moved to act, reflect, or appreciate the unseen depths of our shared human experience.
As I continue to capture the world around us, I invite you to witness the stories, narratives, and emotions embedded in my photographs. May they inspire you, evoke emotion, and foster a deeper connection to the spaces we inhabit and the stories we all live. My art is my voice, and through it, I hope to create awareness and catalyze change, one frame at a time.
